If you have boarded with us, you still need to register your pet.
To expedite check-in, please print out and complete your boarding registration (PDF) and bring it with you.
Boarding Requirements:
DOGS: Bordetella Vaccine required within last 12 months.
DHPPC required to be up to date (given within the last 1-3 years as per veterinarian's recommendation.)
CATS: FVRCP required to be up to date (given within the last 1-3 years as per veterinarian's recommendation.)
Boarding Hours: MON-SAT 8am-4pm
