I especially thank you for going above and beyond what would be expected this time to assist us with the State when, just a few days before our arrival, the airline changed McDougal’s flight. "We have been bringing our dog to Maui for five (5) years now. Each time we have arrived at Kahului Airport Kelly Heiman with Central Maui Animal Clinic has met us to do the direct airport release inspection. She has always been so helpful and pleasant. We could not ask for a more caring and responsible person. She has always met us on time at the  airport. The Vets at Central Maui Animal Clinic have also been wonderful. We are very pleased with their services.

The only drawback to traveling to Maui with a pet is most airline employees continue to be completely uninformed about Direct Airport Release that is allowed by the state of Hawaii. We hope the airlines educate their employees that there is no longer a mandatory quarantine period as long as the state of Hawaii has issued a permit for direct airport release." - George Nelson
