When we needed vet care for our dogs and cats, we tried them all, over many years,
and were repeatedly disappointed that there were none that met our expectation and what we were accustomed to on Oahu.
In luck, Dr. Shae Martin at Central Maui Clinic at it's original Puunene site accepted our certificate to spay our Tibetan Spaniel.
We never left her, she is that good. When the clinic moved and expanded we met Dr. Sally Bumpus, who became OUR doctor too.
With Critical Care credentials like Dr. Bumpus', you need her in an emergency.
The two doctors display compassion and expertise that tops all.
They communicate thoughtfully and compassionately, promptly avail themselves, never in haste, and are professional.
They love their furry clients. The facility is pristine. And the vet technicians seem well trained.
We chose the best medical care for ourselves, and we found the same for our pets.

"Lakota loves CM Animal Clinic"

A vet is on call 24/7 and you always receive a call within 5 minutes or less.
Question or problem is thoroughly discussed with a remedy if possible.
Lots of compassion and understanding throughout the entire office.
Our 12 year old lab loves his acupuncture by Dr. Wilhauer and the special attention he gets each visit and of course the treats!
10 star recommendation. Open 7 days! If the boarding area is available you can leave your pet to do shopping.
We live in Napili so we try to combine some errands with appointment day!
Pros: Everyone is always cheerful, respectful and professional.

"Efficient, clean and friendly clinic!"

WOW...such a great clinic in many ways....new offices, great large lobby, the ladies behind the counter are efficient, and Dr. Bumpus is amazing.
My cat is typically very angry at the vet clinic (mostly all talk no action) but Dr. Bumpus was the expert.
Had the cat quiet for the exam and was not bothered by all the hissing.
She was efficient, very quick, and quiet (just the way my cat likes it)
The normal vet office has those metal tables the cat sits on...but this one was like the kitchen at my house...
appeared to be nice high end countertops...don't think they were granite, but they were not that clinical metal I have always seen.
Very comforting warm colors and cute little benches to sit on.
I am typically very picky and judgemental when it comes to my cats care...but this office ...
I truly could find nothing wrong. High marks from me.... :-)

I would like to express my heart felt thanks to the entire staff at the Central Maui Animal Clinic,
as Ive been a long time client and have had a wonderful experience each and every time I've gone there.
The care and compassion that has been displayed to both my animals and family have been above reproach.
The owner Dr. Martin, has still maintained the same level of service that was established since the start of the clinic
through pride in service and great managerial staffing.
