Dr. Brenda Smith
Dr. Brenda Smith graduated from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 1995. She spent the last 11 years practicing in Oregon and Washington, where she enjoyed hiking and riding her horse during her time off. She was very involved in volunteer work, serving as the president of the Feral Cat Coalition of Oregon for the last four years. Since relocating to Maui in the spring of 2006, she is getting to know the ocean as she learns to surf, windsurf and paddle. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, but has a special interest in soft-tissue surgery and Chinese medicine. Dr. Smith is certified in veterinary acupuncture, and adds her skills to those of Dr. Willauer in our growing practice of integrative healing for your pets.
