Dr. Sally Bumpus
A board-certified critical care veterinarian, Dr. Bumpus joined our practice in 2003 to offer outstanding critical care and general practice/preventive medicine. Prior to her arrival at Central Maui Animal Clinic, Dr. Bumpus practiced at Pacific Veterinary Specialists and Emergency Service, where she was head of intensive care and emergency service. A Massachusetts native, Dr. Bumpus is a 1990 graduate of the University of California School of Veterinary Medicine. After internship at Santa Cruz Veterinary Hospital, she completed a three-year residency program at the University of California, Davis Veterinary School and was awarded board certification in animal emergency and critical care medicine. Dr. Bumpus enjoys spending her leisure time in the company of her cat and two dogs. Her hobbies include scuba diving, free diving and surfing.
