If you've ever seen a portrait of a group of animal lovers, this is it. The people who work at Central Maui Animal Clinic are here to share not only their professional expertise but their compassionate affection with the animals in their care - you might even say they pamper their patients! "It's absolutely about the animals", says practice manager Kelly Heiman, RVT, who, like several others at the clinic, changed careers in order to work with animals. What you don't see in this portrait: Everyone in it has at least one pet at home. The list includes dogs, cats, fish, birds, tortoises and even mice!
